About Me

My story

I have dreamt of becoming an attorney ever since I can remember. My dad always said I “excelled in an argument anytime [I] got the chance.” I also have a passion for marketing/advertising and professional communications; I firmly believe they are crucial to the success of any business, especially law.

I was a Legal Assistant at Murphy Law Firm for a year, where I transitioned from my previous role as a Marketing Intern. That position deepened my understanding of legal processes, client communications and case preparation, while also it allowed me to bring a strategic, creative perspective from my background in marketing. I developed hands-on experience in legal research, file organization and professional client correspondence, working alongside experienced attorneys in a fast-paced environment.

Prior to this, I honed my marketing skills through strategic planning, social media management and leadership in internal operations. I also completed a full-time internship at Cypress Title, where I gained valuable experience in title processing, legal documentation and communication with clients and legal professionals.

I am now a senior at LSU studying Public Relations with a minor in History planning to attend law school. The skills I have learned will allow for a more successful career when I enter the field of law, allowing me to combine law, communication, and strategy to create meaningful solutions. I am always open to new opportunities so that I may continue to learn and grow in what I love.
